Install
Recommended: use the setup bootstrapper. It keeps the install flow in the web zone and avoids the ClickOnce security-zone error that happens when a downloaded .application file is opened from Downloads.
If the direct ClickOnce button downloads a file instead of starting setup, come back here and use Run setup.exe instead.
Do not download Dingo Flat Rate Tracker.application and open it later from a local folder. That is the path that causes the zone mismatch error.
